Regional at All-time is the second studio album by American music duo 20 One Pilots. It was self-released on July 8, 2011. Regional at Best is a discontinued album. It is the terminal album released by the ring prior to signing a record bargain with Fueled by Ramen, and it is the first album to feature the talents of Josh Dun who joined the band in 2011 after the departure of bassist Nick Thomas and drummer Chris Salih.
The album features many tracks that also appear on Vessel, with some of them being re-recorded for the later album. Equally office of the band'due south deal with Fueled past Ramen to release Vessel, the album was discontinued, with no concrete or digital copies bachelor for auction. Simply 6 tracks on Regional at Best practice not characteristic on any other album and are considered out of print. Some of the album's tracks are available through the music streaming service Pandora. The full album is merely bachelor on Deezer.
Although on May 27, some of the tracks were made on the official album on Spotify, only were removed for a 24-hour interval. It happened with an anthology "Keep Your Sunny Days" that posted the tracks from Regional at All-time that ended up on the official Spotify band account. The tracks were now removed on May 28.

Release
Regional at Best was released on July 08, 2011, digitally and on CD. In addition to this, the band also released a express promotional two-CD version through Tinderbox Music, with a view to getting radio play. The first disc was an verbal copy of Regional at Best, whereas the second disc was a re-create of the self titled album. In March 2015, a user on the website reddit found a copy and shared images of this express release.
Discontinuation
Later on signing with Fueled by Ramen in 2012, the rights to Regional at Best were transferred to the characterization. Along with the release of Vessel, Regional at Best was discontinued, no longer available digitally or physically except for on Pandora and Deezer. As such, physical copies are very highly sought later, commanding shockingly high prices, unremarkably from $750 and upwards.
Postal service-discontinuation
Five of the tracks from Regional at Best — "Guns for Hands", "Holding on to You", "Ode to Slumber", "Auto Radio", and "Trees" — were re-recorded and released on Vessel. In April 2013, prior to the release of Vessel, a re-recorded and altered version of "Lovely" was released equally an exclusive promotional single in Japan and featured on the bonus track edition of Vessel. "Glowing Eyes", "Kitchen Sink" and "Forest" were not re-recorded just were released, as they appear on Regional at Best, on the UK bonus edition of Vessel. As such, only v of the tracks from Regional at Best are available to buy in the US, and six tracks — "Slowtown", "Anathema", "Cherry", "Be Concerned", "Clear", and "Two" — are not available for purchase anywhere.
Spider web Series
A seven episode web series accompanied the release of Regional at All-time, covering the journeying of the album's creation, release and promotion. These videos were uploaded to Twenty Ane Pilots' YouTube channel over the form of 2011.
